Magnet Family Tree

I like to work in themes (if you haven't noticed). This week is family week, where we straighten out misconceptions like "Uncle Legrand doesn't have a mom."

Family Tree: designed by Bryan. Printed in color, laminated. Movable family pieces: 1 inch circle pictures of everyone in the family, glued under a 1 inch round glass marble (available at craft stores) and glued to a magnet.

**Update: I said this could be a fridge-type game. However, my kids already have dropped several of the marbles, which CHIP and leave GLASS SHARDS on the floor. I discovered this as G had one just inches from her mouth. So, I now recommend forgoing the magnets and just using the marble pieces. Use it on a table, or find plastic marbles.

So cute! What a great idea. I might have to make one of these myself.

Can I order one now? Did one of your kids actually ask if Uncle LeGrand has a mom? Too funny! I think you should start a school. I would attend!

Love it. I agree the magnets do fall and break. I have had similar problems with mine. I was given a set with all of the cousins faces for my daughter to have. She loved looking at them, but broke almost all of them.
Great tree design Bryan. You two never cease to amaze me!
