Michelangelo

Today is (was?) Michelangelo's birthday. Naturally, we had to celebrate in some way. We started with coloring our own Delphic Sibyl...
...which we then hung on the ceiling of the kids' bedroom...

And for dinner... pizza, of course.

Can my boys come live with you for the next 6 weeks? Their tired pregnant mom is giving them no where near the educational experiences you are providing!

ahhh...now the cake. I'm glad you added it. I can't bear to cut into it because it means so much to me. Seriously.

Art projects, cake baking, pizza dough rollin'....how do you get it all done in a day? It must be a second wind of productiveness after all that sicky.

The cake looks wonderful, and so does the yummy looking pizza. So glad you all are feeling better.

great birthday party! What kind of clay did you work with?
I really like the idea of making large coloring sheets of artwork. Great idea! I may be copying it when Kitty gets a little older.
