Called "FiFi" by G. (**note, her name is not actually fi fi.) Called just "New Baby" by L.
Part of our "not normal" is that we have been living in our living room for 3 weeks and will be in there for 2 more. So if you are thinking of moving into an older home that needs work, and then remodeling while you live in it, as we have done, this is how you should be prepared to live:
And even though our house is a constant parade of electricians, patchers, plumbers, painters, window repairman, carpenters....I don't have many pictures to show yet. However, the stairwell lighting has been changed. Yay! Even more yay for extremely good online deals that make the lighting you want affordable. We got these George Nelson lamps, only for a fraction of the price online because we found them (slightly) used. (left is before, right is after)

Fi Fi is beautiful and so are the lamps, but she wins.
Wait...all of these changes are happening so fast and I'm trying to keep up. Congratulations on all of it. What a beautiful life you have.
Much love...
Fi Fi is gorgeous, and the lights look fantastic too.
Congrats on your sweet, cute little baby.
Congrats! I did not realize you were due so soon. If you need an out with all the construction,we would love to have you over. Ashlyn would love someone to play with.
Love the new pics. Yeah for house craziness...it's beautiful!
the 'new baby' is beautiful...and i don't care what you say...you're AMAZIING hammy!
That was so fast! You just announced the new baby and new house, and already the new baby is here and the new house is under construction. Both look great. Fifi is a beauty! Congrats!

The new baby is beautiful and so is the after pic. We're renovating our house too (and about to have a new little one). We're all waiting for something resembling normal to return.
She is a doll! And if it makes you feel any better we all lived in one room for over a week. I lived for 6 weeks without kitchen cupboards, countertops, or even a sink, and no running water on the main floor at all. However, I do not have a new baby so you definately win the prize.
Fi Fi needs to come play. She looks an awful lot like "L". Good thing I don't see her on a regular basis cause I'd sneak her nummies during church...
I agree with Jodi. New little Fifi reminds me a of her big brother. She is ADORABLE!
I don't know how you can keep sane through all of this. You seem to be doing great so far. The kids will bounce back after the craziness and can do plenty of "project stuff."
Good work bringing that sweet little one into the world. That is the most important job of all.
Congrats on your newest little angel, she is beautiful!!!
Cool updates Pam!! I can't put into words the cuteness of 'Fifi.' Congrats!!
Congrats - your baby is adorable. Love the new lights.
We bought a house and started remodeling when I was pregnant with our second. With that and a few other things, it has taken me six years to dare have another kid. But, now I want to move again :).
Baby FiFi is truly a doll. Izzy wanted to name Aiden "Soapy Bubbles" (don't ask because I have NO idea why)
Your house is looking great. You guys wil turn it into an amazing home!
